Currently, Destiny 2 requires 68 GB free to download and install, but the final file size once installed is only 53 GB. The Destiny 2: Forsaken file size won’t actually be quite that big, but that’s what will be required in order to open up some free space to download, unpack, and install updates.

Also, players can use these Ciphers to get Exotic raid weapons, but those weapons still require Spoils of Conquest.ĭestiny 2 Forsaken was the Year 2 DLC in Destiny 2. Players can use the Forsaken Ciphers to purchase Exotic weapons from the Forsaken expansion in the Exotic Archive or trade them in for three Ascendant Shards.
Players can head to the Exotic Archive, next to the Vault, in the Tower to pick up the Ciphers. Players who owned the Forsaken DLC before the update get three Forsaken Ciphers. With many changes made in Destiny 2 with the 3.4.0 update at the start of Bungie's 30th Anniversary event, Destiny 2: Forsaken is now free for all Destiny 2 players.
